Harvestman had wanted this more than he could ever admit, even to himself. But now that the words have been said, his own are locked in place. For one of the rare times of his life, he's speechless. He's barely surprised when his eyes well up and the tears slide down, nearly laughing.
"I love you," he manages to say, wrapping his arms tight around Arashi's neck. "Yes."
Anything that came after that was going to have to wait until he was done kissing the other vampire. It was going to be a long wait.
